The Insight Center
The Insight Center is dedicated to teaching mindfulness meditation to professionals and the general public.
We offer meditation classes, workshops, meditation groups, private consultations, and
individual and group psychotherapy.
Our mindfulness meditation classes are taught in a friendly, accessible and non-ritualized
fashion that is free of dogma and promotes insight and reflection.
Our classes focus on mindfulness practices and use research and formal teachings
to enhance students understanding of their own meditative experience.
We present the essence of ancient teachings, research, and response-side
therapy to improve the lives of our students and those who receive their care.
