Professional Standards
We are committed to finest quality of continuing education available. Any concerns related to course content or instruction can be discussed with the instructor during a break within the course itself or emailed to the address listed below.

We at the Center have a zero tolerance for any abuse of power and authority. We adhere to a clearly defined set of standards and practices to both prevent such problems from arising and for appropriate response to complaints.

For complaints related to workshop content, instruction, or facilities for which a partial or full refund of the workshop fee will resolve the complainants’ immediate concerns, the workshop instructor(s) may authorize a refund at the time of the complaint. The complainant must then send a letter or email to the grievance committee expressing their concerns and the agreements made for their resolution. The workshop instructor(s) must also send written communication to the grievance committee describing the complaint, the rationale for it’s resolution, and, if appropriate, suggestions for preventing such complaints from arising in the future.
