The Insight Center

Join us with the intention to maintain a daily meditation practice that will be a significant contribution to our capacity to regulate our bodies and emotions.

For the past 12 years, Rev. Hye Wol Sunim has led our Sunday meditation at the Insight Center. Rev. Sunim is a unique source for understanding the teachings of the Buddha.  He offers a detailed understanding of meditative practice that is only available from skilled practitioners with a strong foundation in the Asian monastic tradition. There are very few opportunities in the greater Los Angeles area to sit and study with teachers with the experience of Rev. Hye Wol Sunim. We have been extraordinarily fortunate to have Sunim teach us for the past decade.
