Welcome to the Insight Center!
The Insight Center brings together traditional Buddhist teachings, mindfulness meditation and somatic psychotherapy. We teach traditional mindfulness meditation and somatic psychotherapy workshops. Our mindfulness trainings and groups are for the general public and our clinical trainings are limited to psychotherapists. Our faculty provides psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. Our goal is to help our students and clients to lead fulfilling lives. Select this link to view dhamma talks with Rev. Hye Wol Sunim.
