Westwood Office

I have renovated my training center into a spacious client office in Westwood.  The main room is about 290 square feet, the office area is an additional 170 square feet, plus a kitchen and bathroom.  The office is on the second floor with extra sound deading construction and double pane windows.

Located South of Wilshire and Sepulveda in a residential apartment building the main room is 17 x 17 with a large window that has a view of a portion of Westwood Park.  The  bathroom has new fixures and the kitchen is equipped with a Bunn water heater and a selection of teas, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave oven and refrigerator.   It has central heat and AC and biometric access so no key is needed.

The office has fresh paint and is furnished with two love seats, a therapist’s chair and 12 mesh folding chairs for groups.  It has fast WiFi, a dedicated Mac Mini with a 32″ monitor, an HP Laser printer/scanner, soundbar, Yeti microphone and light for Zoom sessions.  There is a massage table for somatic therapy which can be folded and stored.
